Hemp FAQs
Yes! Hemp THC products, including Delta-9 and THCa, are federally legal in accordance with the H.R.2 Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, commonly referred to as the 2019 Farm Bill. This bill defines all products that have less than 0.3% D9 THC by a dry weight basis as legal hemp.
Delta-9 THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol, is a naturally occurring cannabinoid in cannabis and the primary active ingredient in cannabis that is responsible for the "high" it produces. Effects of Delta-9 THC vary by person, but relaxing and euphoric states are often reported.
THCa, or tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, is a natural cannabinoid found in raw cannabis. While this specific acid, TCHa, can not get you high if consumed raw, when heated or smoked, the THCa converts into THC that produces a psychoactive "high".

Orders placed before noon will go out that day. Orders placed after the cutoff will go out the next day.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@bayougrasstx.com. Please refer to our Refund Policy, as we don't refund delivery costs and your refund will only be offered as store credit.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Delivery FAQs
We're committed to continually adding delivery zones as we grow; refer to our map and zip code list on our Delivery Zones.
Our local delivery fee is $7.50 each order, but orders over $150 get free delivery.
All orders are sealed and then placed in discreet packaging with nothing more than your name and address displayed.
Our driver will visually check your valid government-issued ID before allowing you to sign for your order. If you do not have a valid government-issued ID, your delivery will be forfeited.
Delivery leaves at noon CT every day; that day's delivery will have orders placed that day before noon, and orders from the day before that took place after noon.
If no entry code is required, the driver will find and drop the order to you at your unit.
If an entry code or special instructions are required, please provide instructions in your order notes or by emailing our team.
If special instructions aren't provided, or our driver is unable to find your unit, your delivery will be forfeited.
If you live in a high-rise building with no vehicle entry, we will require you to either meet our delivery driver at the front of your building, or we need verification that our drivers can leave your order with the concierge at your building.
If you are unable to meet our delivery driver at the front of your complex or we are unable to leave your order with the concierge, your delivery will be forfeited.
If your delivery is forfeited, you have 2 options:
- Pay a new delivery fee and have your order join the next delivery window
- Cancel your order entirely and try again another time.
